About our company

History

Electric Head Records was formed in 1996 as Timestyle Music Records U.S.A by Darin Isaacs and Johnny Bacolas.
From the outset, Timestyle's initial goal was signing and distributing new-age music via trade shows and State fairs.
The model was a success, but Bacolas' vision was much grander. Bacolas soon bought-out Isaacs, and over the course of the next
nine years, he changed the label's direction by expanding the labels repoirtoire and market by diversifying its roster of artists
and formats. In 97, Bacolas created and helmed sister-label Electric Head Records, (under the same corporate umberella) that
focused on producing heavy-rock, alternative, and electronic music (which have been Bacolas' passions his entire life). Bacolas has an
extensive background in the music business as a musician, agent, and managing member, as well as extensive credits in
audio production. Please go to www.johnnybacolas.com for more detailed info.

For Creative Managers and Music Supervisors:
Electric Head Record's main goals are to provide one-stop shopping for superior music, superior production,
and easy, drama-free licensing from our music repretoire, as well as create music specific to your needs.
Electric Head controls all the music on this site and in our library. We'll handle getting the required
signatures and releases from the songwriters, publishers, and any other 3rd parties that are necessary
on the writer's and publisher's end.

We work with, and have access to some of the most experienced and accomplished producers in the country
(as well as in Europe). We will deliver a superior final product. We have accumulated a database of vocalists and
instrumentalists that sing and record in several different languages (and instruments) and styles; Including Spanish, Greek,
Arabic, Romanian, and Bosnian, for specific projects or markets.
